Never ever had any issues with it in over 7 years of doing comms through paypal, putting "commission" in an invoice is fine, its just that people keep putting "nsfw" or other similar unnecessary terms and find out that paypal has always banned nsfw content.

Paypal is now playing harder ball on artists, going after anyone even mentioning commissions.
Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.
