This is true and it is f-ing unreal. I was in nursing homes long-term for rehab purposes. More than half of those people *have no place to go*. What are you going to do, wheel a bedbound old lady unable to care for herself out onto the sidewalk to die? Because that is what's going to happen. 🤬

I view Trump’s plea for America to just “shut up about eggs” as a clear sign of his accelerating demise. I see it as a crack in his orange facade. It’s time to turn the screws faster, more aggressively, and more powerfully. open.substack.com/pub/meidasto...
