I’m in such a good mood today. Not only the perfect gorgeous day, but I started my Saturday, and day off today, with Saturday morning cartoons (Shirt Tales, Snorks, Gummi Bears, Smurfs, Sonic) from the 80s at 8:00 with tea, then spent all afternoon in the pool. It’s been a great mental health day.

Finally finished this comic strip I started back in March. I hadn't drawn Pierre and Andre for about four months and I thought it would be funny to break the fourth wall and have them confront me about it. That is cartoon me in the second and third panel.

It's been a few years. It's time I finally make a new Pierre and Andre title piece with logo, all with their latest designs and colors. No more black pants for Pierre. He's back to the purple suit (tuxedo now actually) I had for him in the 90s.

I do not understand the complaints with the "bean mouth" shapes with today's cartoons. I do not like today's cartoon styles, HOWEVER, "bean mouths" have always existed since the "rubber hose" style of cartoons since the 1930s. So I do not really see this as a valid argument. 🤷♂️
