Yet another article in a science magazine attacking mindfulness as potentially dangerous. It is, if you take mindfulness out of context and only practice that particular meditation. It's a bit like only practicing your forehand and expecting to play tennis properly.

Interesting that YouTube was pushing Trump's version of the Ukraine peace proposals on my area today. I don't do news on YouTube and it took a while to stop the repeated posts.

I read an interesting article in a magazine called Cosmos called 'Into the dark night' which was subtitled, 'when meditation goes bad'. It missed the point. Meditation does 'go bad' at times. It's what it is designed for. They are stages to go through.

Anyone interested in teaching meditation in schools? I used to teach whole school breathing meditation to 7-11 year olds when it was my turn to take assembly. Interested in other experiences. #education #meditation
