So I still have not been able to get my work injury treated and I got it clarified today why no orthopedic groups around here take Department of Labor workers comp and it was exactly as I guessed: they don’t pay good rates but demand far more work to get claims settled so everyone said “no more” lol

So I can’t work my normal job since I can’t find a doctor to accept workers comp to check if I can come back to work, and that also means I can’t get my workers comp case approved. So I am sitting in the basement of my office for 8 hours shredding paper and I am extremely depressed.

I spent the last month only working two hours a day and going home because of my injury but I haven’t been getting paid for any of that unworked time due to my workers comp case not being approved because I can’t find a doctor to see me that accepts workers comp as an insurance provider.
