Proud to have finished the epic 🇿🇼 SkyRun X - an epic & arduous 56km endurance run across Mount Inyangani - in just over 13 hours. Incredible experience, great vibe & some of best scenery in 🌍.

A week to go until my first ultra trail run. Starting with one of the best; the 🇿🇼SkyRun, a 56km epic run from Mutarazi to Aberfoyle over 🇿🇼’s highest mountain range

Since starting training in September I’ve clocked up nearly 21,000 metres of elevation over 630km

Ready as I’ll ever be…

Hosted brown bag lunch with humanitarian colleagues on Day 2 today before I set off on first mission.

Great to hear breadth and ambition of ideas on efficiency and innovation in our work.
