I can't be the only one who finds the (mandatory?) autoplay feature on #tiktok to be overwhelming, stress inducing and dysregulating, can I? When I watch something deep, touching, interesting, etc, I need a few moments to process and think about it. Without that, it just becomes janky noise.

The proof for this is trivial to find: Compare illnesses in naturally high fluoride ground water areas with low fluoride areas.
Oh wait. They did. The only difference was in tooth decay and related diseases, and it was the low-F areas that suffered more.

I know this is a crazy idea, but what if we set tariffs based entirely on independently measured things like the Freedom Index, and the Democracy Index, and invite other countries to do the same for us to keep us honest?
