Latest monthly CPI of 2.1% shows that Australia's inflation has come down faster than in the US and Canada - thanks to the govt bringing in measures like the electricity rebate.
It is a very good reminder that leaving inflation to central banks only to fix is idiotic

It’s kinda rare to find drawings on clay tablets from ancient Mesopotamia. This one shows a drawing of coils — maybe intestines — on one side and cuneiform signs on the other.
