I got to use that iron skillet hiding in the back of the cabinet. Chickpea, Spinach, and Feta Pie reminds me of spanakopita.

Sh2-173 is an emission nebula lying 8,800 light-years from Earth in the constellation Cassiopeia.

I used an HSS palette for the non-stellar portion, and an NB to RGB technique was used for the stars.
