The Kerch bridge piers sit on a concrete mat foundation that extends a few meters into the sea bottom. Steel pipe columns embedded in the concrete are likely friction piles resisting the load. A 2,400# shaped explosive, likely destroyed concrete mat and sheared the friction piles at location.

Day after Christmas had bangers and mash at Brazen Head. Two IPAs, & 2 shots of maker later didn't want to go home. Stopped at #2 green, scattered a bunch of balls to putt. Only made 2. Picture is after 1st putts. Kind of a misty day, but the solitude was refreshing. Felt like I owned the park.
