Superb idea: Introducing alternatives to dichloromethane in teaching labs!

Turns out you can avoid CaF2 mining and utilise existing (problematic) F-chemicals as source for other F-compounds via a trivial one-pot protocol at any conventional Schlenk line!

It's a wrap: My time in the Crimmin group at Imperial College has come to an end! 😯 Very eventful two years and I am very thankful for all I ve seen and learned. 🕺🙏 Now time to calm down... at #Dalton2025 and talk for the first time (Wednesday) to others about my F-chem 🤩😁
