At the very least here, physicians should tell non-binary people the truth.
This is entirely experimental. There’s zero evidence it will help, and a lot of risk in permanently damaging your endocrine system.
We should do studies immediately to find out.

There's not enough research on this but in the meantime we should let people have access to hormones if it will help them. And it's heavily debated whether or not it's helpful to NBs or not but until we know more we share on the side of letting people have access to the meds in my opinion

I had a meeting with a bunch of high-level Democratic people yesterday about the future of our party.
I was fairly aggressive in encouraging them to fold on sports and admit that sex matters in public policy.
It does not help trans people if Democrats can’t win elections.
