I've been quiet lately regarding politics. You know why? I'm afraid I'll get dragged out of my home and put in a camp or worse. I'm afraid they'll go after my Sil's citizenship. I was going to go to a Veterans March but I'm feeling poorly since Monday (movement hard) and I'm quite frankly scared.

I am at 162lbs and have lost (in total) 118lbs. I plateau-ed at 225lbs for a couple years. Now I'm only 22lbs from my goal. I said I wanted to get down to 115lbs but my therapist reminded me of middle-age body changes. So the goal is +/-140lbs. Almost there. Worked hard to get here.

Okay second day of Adderall (for ADHD) and I'm in a good mood. This is pretty rare. No anxiety plaguing my every breath, I'm not exhausted. I kinda played with fire and drank a Rockstar Energy too, it's an addiction.
