What I particularly love about November 11, 11am, is that it is honouring peace, not war. We are silent at that time, to recognize and remember the silence of the end of violence. To remember the exact moment the shooting and the bombs stopped, in WWI.

I wonder how many Evangelicals are aware that the Rapture actually did happen on October 7, 2025.

Surprise! You didn’t make the cut. We are now in the midst of the Tribulation. The antichrist is in charge.*

You have 7 years to get right with God and fight the antichrist.

Better get on that.

Could we possibly stop using “bad apples” to suggest it’s a limited problem? The saying is “ONE bad apple can ruin the WHOLE barrel”.

If you have multiple bad apples, it means your entire barrel is rotten.
Q: Politico reported on a group chat of young Republicans. Does this just reflect some bad apples?

HOCHUL: Some bad apples? These are the future of the GOP. This is so vile it's hard to find the words to put into context ... there's gotta be consequences ... this bullshit has to stop.

It must be such a relief for JD not to have pretend any more to be a measured statesman with manners and grace.

He’s back to his ignorant mean child of a drug addict roots, and that’s clearly his comfort zone.

When they say: “I can’t say anything anymore,” what they mean is, “I can’t say it without consequence.” It's not a loss of free speech. They are describing a loss of supremacy.
And because most of these imagined humiliations never happened, the outrage lives on because the incident never did.

“It is an honorless time. A time of only one question:
not how or may or can or if or whether but when.
How soon.
No legacy, no history, no reputation.
Build the factories then abandon them. The soil keeps the memory.”

Lifelong Dem swing state voter sitting here with a remote ballot for Adelita Grijalva.

Will you endorse Mamdani and prove “vote blue no matter who” is how this works? That even though you vote to honor a fascist, I should still vote Dem?

Politicians and elites on both sides are so shook and sensitive about the Kirk shooting. Like it’s unusual and talking about it as if it’s an everyday occurrence is beyond the pale.

But it is an everyday occurrence for regular Americans. If it’s not someone you know, it’s just same ol same ol.

The Democrats could have tried to amend the resolution to make it “Victims of Gun Violence Remembrance Day”, but instead they decided to sell out their female and bipoc and LGBTQ+ base.
