The work I am presenting at #SnT2025 builds on a unique database of high quality #tadioxenon stack emissions from PNNL‘s STAX project. Highlights of new findings are covered by one oral and two poster presentations including a solution to a big question that was open for 20 years.

How to produce tritium, the fuel required to start up fusion reactors? Terence Tarnowsky, a physicist at Los Almos National Laboratory (LANL), proposes to us a reactor design driven by a particle accelerator to produce tritium from nuclear waste.
