Make it make sense ! The middle-class who foots the complete bills of government, in taxation; are being eyeballed under waist, fraud & abuse! Not the wealthiest who pays low to no taxes, as ways are looked at costing job loss and closing Depts. As offsetting none taxing billionaire's Monopoly game.
