At the risk of metaphorically dousing myself in gasoline:
There is no such thing as "luxury housing." That is a term realtors use to move units and NIMBYs use to oppose new construction. But no housing in existence will forever remain "luxury" independent of market conditions.

Interesting to see these botched retrofit stories in the mainstream media.. anyone know what is likely the cause in this instance? Rainwater permeating behind insulation?
