Correction: not historical fiction. Thankfully. But still very good

Novellas count as books! If I may recommend one: Even Though I Knew The End, C L Polk. :)

You can do it!

Uketsu slaps (good job Jim Rion, on the translation!). I liked Strange Pictures even more; both are a delight if you want to toss your brain around. If these great covers have been teasing you - yeah, they are worth picking up. <3

I just preordered Strange Buildings, out March 3rd! #books #booksky

Joined Libro.fm‘s audiobook challenge for July - making good progress so far.

I admit I am a newer enjoyer of this media format vs rabid consumption of the eyeball-media type (print/ebook) - what‘s your favorite way to enjoy an audiobook? 📚💙blog.libro.fm/heat/

I am really hugely enjoying this audiobook - so much so I picked up a physical copy as well. So sassy, so funny and then… so real #books

Understandable, but your writing speaks for itself. It’s eloquent and witty, sneakily insightful and deep, so… that’s what I say when I recommend you to people.

I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much! Congratulations!! (Also I’m a bookseller so it will be my absolute pleasure introducing you to new readers)

This book is fresh out today and it was a very interesting Bradbury-like read. I read it its ARC to see what the hype was about and yeah, I get it.

I feel like it’s going to be a book to hit high school required reading lists someday. Captures a lot about our current moment. A lot of the dread. 💙📚

HAPPY PRIDE! We did it!! 💙📚 #books #horror

What if a gelatinous cube was also a mimic and also kinda loved you a bit, like so much she wants to store eggs in your lady curves? Yeah. It’s surprisingly sweet and funny for as scream-inducing the plot is. Reminds me of Alien Clay: I loved it & winced

Apparently the audio is great; I read a physical book this time. I hope you enjoy it when you get there!

As we slide toward Pride, I’ll post a book each day that rules. 💙📚 #books #horror

I did not know what I was getting into here. It’s gritty magic and rather dark (and my book group was icked out) BUT I enjoyed it and the ladies’ relationship. I am looking forward to the next one - it’s a series!

This YA horror novel thrashed me. It’s a fabulous, sensitive work with two trans characters, one with autism. I loved that the author wrote the reader a caution letter to start. It’s grim in there, but also GREAT.

I definitely ran out and hunted candidates for the Wonder as soon as humanly possible. It’s definitely about the apple :D

Narrated & co-written by Queer Eye star Van Ness, this book is hilarious, empowering and will give you life. Do it. Fall for the haunted vintage handbag and our delightful non-binary protag. You will only have a good time.

Is this the UK cover? I like it so much more than the version I bought (and hugely enjoyed) in the U.S.
