In the last month, the FBI has charged players from two different leagues for roles in sports-betting scandals.
Either legalized gambling is exposing corruption that’s always been there.

Lenny Wilkens, whose impact on the NBA as a player, coach and ambasssador was immense, died today.
In three years as the Raptors coach, he led team to its first playoff series win and was an integral part of the teams history.

Haven’t watched much #CFL this season but have watched quite a bit of the conference finals today. Absolutely gobsmacked by late game decisions of #Saskatchewan coach. Kicking FG and then punting!?! WTF … unless he wants to be run out of town so he can coach the Argos next season 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Really hoping for repeat of ‘92 and ‘93 — Jays WS precursor of Bills SB. Only this time, winning script flipped. #fandom #GoBills

Heartbroken. We were so damn close. I’ve loved this team pretty much my entire life; in 2015, their playoff run helped me get thru a life-threatening illness. Wanted this badly after 32 long years. Maybe next year. Thank you, #BlueJays, for a magnificent 2025 season.
