Born 2008 in Cumbria and England's first Osprey nest in 150 years, he's fed and protected 32 fledged chicks and his partner of 12 years. Plus guests!

@foulshaw2.bsky.social Blue 417 tried to land on the nest but was chased away by the un-ringed juvenile that has taken over the nest. Blue 417 is a 2020 chick from a nest in the Lake District.

It's a tricky subject – and we know lots of you will have thoughts!

Here's the problem: our wildlife see dogs as a threat, even if they're not actively chasing them.

Osprey royalty visits! Blue 556 from Friends of the Ospreys Fron nest in N Wales, chick of 019 from Poole Harbour and KS6 from Dyfi. She's the grandchick of Monty and Telyn at Dyfi and great grandchick of Maya at Rutland.
