Opened a ticket for AWS Resource Explorer. "Relevancy" isn't a word when "relevance" works just as well. The console is completely unusable until this is fixed.

You can now create future dated capacity reservations on AWS, to help with all those workloads which for one reason or another just need a very specific instance type available at a future date!
