If you hear someone saying that they hope lawyers are ready to go to court to protect free and fair elections, I suggest you let them know that my law firm is already litigating more than 80 voting and election cases in 40 states.

My law firm intervened in every case DOJ has filed to gain access to states' sensitive voting data. So far we have won several and lost none. But this is going to be a long fight for free and fair elections.

Breaking MS NOW:

The Department of Homeland Security *unsuccessfully* sought to expedite deportation proceedings against the family of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos, according to a local school official.

At an asylum hearing Friday, the family was granted a continuance.

Judge denies DHS bid to rush removal of Liam Ramos and his family
Kristen Stenvik, superintendent of the district where Liam goes to school, said the ruling provides both “additional time” and “continued uncertainty.”

We are now facing the largest measles outbreak since the disease was eliminated from the United States over a quarter-century ago.

The science is clear: vaccines are the best way to protect against measles. The NIH Director admits it. Why won’t RFK, Jr.?

Trump reposting a video of the Obamas as "apes" during Black History Month and no Republican officials as of yet condemning him is another reason why every one of them needs to be defeated at the ballot box and shunned in public.

TrumpRx launched Thursday, claiming to sell discounted prescription drugs directly to consumers. Instead, it's offering:

1. a whole lot less than advertised
2. only brand-name, making them more expensive than generic brands
3. drugs that are nearly all covered by insurance already

As a doctor, I am horrified by what I saw at the Whipple detention facility in Minneapolis.

No medical protocols.

No real medical care.

No nurse on site when I visited.

No beds. No real blankets. Extremely cold temperatures. Minimal food.

These conditions are inhumane and unacceptable.

NBC: Why was Tulsi Gabbard at a raid on a Georgia election office?

Trump: “I don’t know.”

Gabbard (in a letter to Congress this week): “My presence was requested by the President.”

This just became a bigger scandal.

👀Now that ICE/DHS are planning to buy ‘mega’ warehouse detention centers across the US to house human beings you might want to listen to this gentleman’s history lesson that he delivered at a city council meeting in AZ. Congress needs to have hearings on this like yesterday.

Children at an ICE family detention facility have been denied clean drinking water, medical care, and legal access. Now they may be exposed to measles.

Toddlers don't belong in detention, and Congress must end funding for these sites of abuse.
Measles detected at Dilley immigrant family detention center
The cases come amid renewed nationwide scrutiny of the facility following the transfer there of Liam Conejo Ramos, a 5-year-old Ecuadorian boy who federal agents arrested along with his father in Minneapolis.

The world produces 25.2 billion gallons of contaminated brine water daily from wastewater treatment.

Most gets dumped in the ocean or stored in evaporation ponds. A chemical engineer explains how reclaiming that water could be a game-changer for drought-stricken regions.
Reclaiming water from contaminated brine can increase water supply and reduce environmental harm
Desalination of seawater and sewage treatment plants leave behind water that contains high concentrations of salt, metals and other contaminants. What if that water could be separated from the rest?
