Great that the First Minister visited Barlia Football Centre to witness how a community run facility delivers positive results. SFA were also in attendance stating that Barlia is one of their "flagship models" which they want to replicate throughout Scotland. Congrats to Castlemilk Football Trust.

I recently responded to some residents' concerns about the poor condition of the lane running from Crofthill Rd to Ashcroft Dr. I'm delighted to see the work has now been completed, earlier than expected and to a high standard.

I have recently been contacted by a number of residents concerned about cars speeding in Carmunnock. @glasgowcitycouncil.bsky.social have now agreed to include Carmunnock in the Glasgow 20mph roll-out as the village was originally exempt. @glasgowsnp.bsky.social

Great to visit Carmunnock with Zen Ghani for the Open Doors Festival. Glasgow's only village is steeped in history and we were treated to fascinating historical facts from resident experts. Very welcoming. Congrats to all for volunteering today.
