Wanna take a quick sec to shout out one of my new favorite history pods. Tides of History is an all timer, Past Lives is new and shaping up to be very good. In a world of so many shitty podcasts, I thought it would probably be good to post at least once about good ones when they pop up.

This is an important and poorly understood area. It's especially hard to conceive of realistic threat models in this context. My anecdotal experience is that alarmists, extremists, opsec hawks can be the loudest voices to the detriment of other equities like communication and visibility
