Which company characteristics make recruiters more likely to discriminate based on ethnicity or caregiving responsibilities?

We conducted over 2000 surveys and 60 interviews across 4 countries, allowing to provide tangible recommendations to reduce discrimination in hiring.

Our latest study found that mothers, especially single mothers, face significant disadvantages in hiring processes. We used a factorial survey experiment in four European countries to identify how this discrimination is shaped.
