It's that time of year when I encourage you to take a little time to sit in the Thanksgiving season.
Here is my playlist! I've also written a new Thanksgiving song that should come out in a few days!

Thanks for this shot Anabel. It’s not always easy out here. But you can probably tell I’m thinking it’s all worth it.

Whenever the world feels wrong I work in the garden or paint. Feels like the right way to pray. Just adding some buildings to our existing mural.

I don’t like a lot of the things “Karen’s” do. But somehow my algorithm shows me them constantly. I’ve come to realize ive enjoyed watching people do bad things with subsequent punishment. I’m out. From now on I’m x-ing out those posts and not watching.

Sometimes you lose some,
Other times you lose some.
Hit my board on the reef and then my car wouldn’t start. And yet I still feel joy. 🥲

A fun afternoon of painting with the colors available at my house. I loved putting something next to Rachel’s beautiful lion.

The area next to the church’s back entrance looks ugly and could be a tripping hazard. I’d like to make it more safe and inviting. Any advice?

Preaching today with some lingering side effects of the concussion. I would take your prayers and I will report back if I end up fired at the end of the day for saying something super weird.

Today @citylifesd baptized 14 people. I wish I could tell you the stories and how far God has brought them. In 10 years we never baptized more than 10 in a whole year and some years we only baptized one or two. We’ve not done much differently. But God is clearly up to something.

A friend got out of prison recently and I took him some non alcoholic beers as a welcome home gift. He told me about wanting to get his life back on track so we decided to have a bible study together. He said he knew so few Christians…

I just got to meet one of my heroes, father Greg Boyle.
And he was in southeast near our house!
What a special moment for me.
