I know kids that went to Lane Tech, I know this area. Even if you think a daycare employee that is undocumented should be deported, do you get how horrendous these optics are?? It’s so crazy…
I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.
I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.
But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

All these people on the right trying to nuance definitions of free speech to defend what’s happening now, but were up in arms when there were firings from private employers when people didn’t get a covid vaccination, and private social media platforms moderated their conspiracy theories.

It is my belief that many Christians in America are actually Christian nationalists. Some knowingly so, some without any understanding of the difference. From a Christian nationalist perspective, someone who makes political gains and ties them to faith IS a religious hero. So of course…

On Charlie Kirk as a Christian moderate: Watching the outpouring of grief for Charlie Kirk in my circles is like being on the outside of the glass and looking in. People felt like they knew him, they felt connected and he seems to represent how they thought. I’d hardly ever watched him.
