I really appreciate the folks who make a conscious effort to be intentional with social media. As someone with anxiety, doomerist posts send me straight into freeze/fawn-mode, but posts that take the time to inform & inspire action over panic/resignation keep me grounded and productive.

I love exploring this evolution in terms of how we value individual/collective achievement, especially in a paradigm that still feels so beholden to late stage capitalism etc
People don’t have ideas. Ideas have people.The deeper I get into my research, the more convinced I am this old saying is correct.

my first job out of high school was canvassing on street corners for reproductive healthcare and marriage rights and i learned real quick the less someone conformed to a ‘mainstream’ appearance the more compassion and downright manners they would show me
