Another day another win, this time for P&D U18 Girls who edged out Glasgow 3-2 in their 1st National Trophy game. With goals from Freya McFarlane (Clydeview Acad), Elsa Gray & Jess Campbell (both St Ninian's H) the girls made a great start to their campaign. Star player Lia Biondi (Johnstone H).

Despite best efforts to try to rearrange the date for the National Trophy Final it will stand. As such, the game will take place against the North of Scotland SFA at Banks O Dee FC on Wed 23rd April, with a 1.00pm ko. Detailed arrangements will be sent to schools.

Well done to St Ninian's H. and Park Mains H., on producing an entertaining P&DSFA U18 Girls League Playoff Final today. Park Mains opened the scoring half way through the first period but a resilient St Ninian's levelled just before the break and scored a 2nd to take the tie by 2-1.
P&D U18s were successful in reaching the final of the National Trophy Competition with a 4-3 penalty win over Dundee after a 0-0 90 minutes scoreline.
Special mention to keeper Zac Saldanha on saving the first 2 spot kicks of the shootout as well as converting the winning penalty. #schoolfootball

P&D U18s were successful in reaching the final of the National Trophy Competition with a 4-3 penalty win over Dundee after a 0-0 90 minutes scoreline.

Well done to St Ninian's H. and Willliamwood H., on producing a cracking P&DSFA U18 Cup Final today. With St Ninians 2 goals to the good after 60 minutes or so, Willliamwood picked up their efforts,scored and we're unlucky not to take the game to penalties.St Ninian's held on though to win 2-1.

Well done to P&DSFA U'15 Boys who beat Edinburgh SFA 1-0 to secure a place in the Final of the SSFA National Trophy Competition. It was a battling performance, with centre forward Dylan capitalising on a crossbar rebounded shot from Jacob, late into the first period.

P&DSFA U'15 boys scraped through to the Semi-Finals of the National Trophy Competition after drawing 2-2 with Ayrshire during normal time and going on to win 7-6 in the penalty shoot-out.

Tonight is the ‘lluvia de peluches’ at Real Betis. The annual tradition of stuffed toys thrown on to the pitch and collected for disadvantaged children ahead of Christmas. An estimated 15,000 toys are expected for collection.
