Released patches for House of the Dead on Saturn; in the process of making the "activate red blood" patch, I discovered a hidden Japanese mode! Now the JPN version can be played with the three blood colors that are absent from both revisions of its retail release :)

Unbeknownst to pretty much everyone, the first-person shooter "Vigilant Paradise" was released for Saturn in November 2025; AFAIK the developer never teased this on SegaXtreme or anywhere else so it's really quite astonishing! It's currently on sale for $7 on itch.io

Sega Saturn alert!! Someone casually spent five years making a complete first-person shooter for the Saturn and basically shadowdropped the thing more than a month ago. The Saturn scene is just now finding out about it. Looks incredible!!
