Between the haircut, jawline, & specific design era used for the X-Men ('91 to '92, largely from Jim Lee), I'd narrowed the Hulk reference materials provided to Bengus as either Dale Keown or Gary Frank from Peter David's run. Sure enough, both artists appear in Capcom's own promo materials

The same woman in this anecdote used to make fun of how bad a skateboarder I was, and, years later, told a shitty comedy theater owner that it wasn't a big deal that I clapped baby powder in front of some blackout curtains for a bit.
once i saw a middle-aged woman read a monologue from a chair in a 40-seat black box theater in that was on the bottom floor of her 4-story row house. instead of acting , she just kept putting on and taking off her reading glasses. *that's* performative reading
