This is a message to anyone who has been dismissed: Don't let them tell you you're 'too young.' If your body is sending you signals you can't explain, push for answers. Your life depends on it.

Taking a moment to practice the pause...then ask creator, God, what ever you call your higher power (praying) how to navigate the situation. This where I am at...and I have so much more peace in my life.
Do you practice the pause?

To say that I am a MIRACLE is not a small statement for me. It took me several years to recognize it. I am grateful my pancreas continues to function in whatever capacity it does.
I am just grateful to be ALIVE and well.

What an AMAZING adventure and day of making a difference at a Co-Design with Eli Lilly. I was able to catch up with family too! I've met some incredible humans on my travels. I am grateful.
I love getting away, but for now..I'm heading home... to Maine

My Mom and I took a little adventure to one of my favorite places... The @donutgrove in Orono, Maine.
They make the best donuts and are made with love and you can taste it in every bite!
Definitely a must-visit place!

The longer I live the more convinced I become that life is 10 percent what happens to us and 90 percent how we respond to it.

It's the simple things that we should be grateful for.
Every day I thank God I get to have another day. I never take that for granted. #cancerfighter #pancreaticcancer #stage4 #surthriver #survivor #17yearsandcounting #miracle
