No pain/swelling in my knee this morning - I was able to move pretty well on my way to and from the restroom (some pain due to non use of my feet before yesterday) but otherwise I feel so much better today. It’s gonna be a road to recovery but I have my goals. 💕

And later on I was able to stand and put pants on myself. It feels so stupid to say but it’s such a big deal when I couldn’t move my leg off the mattress even at points this weekend without extreme pain. I dunno what I did to my knee but I am focused on getting back up asap.

Just spent about 2 hrs in the bath. The first 30 min cleaning and doing my hair, shaving, etc.; the last hour and a half just trying to figure out how to get my fat broken ass out of the tub without breaking myself more.

Dial H screwed me up so much that I forgot that the Superboy I was starting is a part of the H’el on Earth crossover. This is one I have been looking forward to as I love Rocafort’s art. Here’s hoping I like the story reading all of it here, especially in the other books.

WTF did I just spend my last week reading? Dial H has to be the WORST thing I have read so far in this era. It is disjointed, unexplained, and absurd for absurdity sake. Absolutely the worst thing I have read, maybe ever.

Stood about 15 seconds earlier today. My thigh/muscles/connective tissues above my knee are so fucking weak rn.
Does anyone have a good way to help work them out from in bed? I need to get it able to hold me up without weakening so I can get back to standing on my own.

Stood briefly earlier. Knee tried to go backwards, so I’m going to need a knee support brace to get myself going again. But there was no foot/knee pain and that was a huge step forward.

Yay! I stood twice earlier.
My knee gave out on me the second time and I was able to sit back down without (much) issue.
I’m trying so hard to get back to my normal. 😓

BoP is a needed bright spot, here. While losing Katana sucks, the addition of the Talon Strix is really fun. The stories are decent fun, if unexplained, rushed like most of the stories this era.

Next: Birds of Prey Vol. 3: A Clash of Daggers
Ravagers has to be my biggest disappointment so far. The stories are mid. The use of the characters, especially Beast Boy and Fairchild, a huge letdown. And then they end right where they started from. 👎🏼

Stormwatch 3 was an absolute mess. Good ideas, but so much bad execution, it makes me sad. The last run was betrayal on betrayal, and instant appearances of OMAC and Zealot for no reason. Ugh.

I am so sick of my stupid arthritic joints right now.
I have been stuck in bed for almost 3 weeks now, and it’s killing me. It’s been a few years since the pain has been this bad. I just want the pain to stop.
Between this in Oct. and Sept spent sick, I haven’t worked on any videos. Sorry 😞

Its been…a minute. I have FINALLY finished the Death in the family crossover, along with all of the trades connecting.
The main story was…ok. It was a passable joker story, but with no real chronology, like most DC X-overs I am used to. At least it was fun seeing him rage and chaos again.

To specify: I’m just that emotional that someone saying they’re buying me pizza broke every wall and turned me into a flood. I’ve had so much going on lately that I can’t separate stress from relief and it was just so much to handle. But I’m good now. 💕💕💕

Went 1-2 in tonight’s sealed, but what a difference I had in feel for this set vs the last one. I loved my time playing, even losing. Plus I got to teach an older gentleman who had never played before. It was such a fun night compared to EoE.
