I think the bigger costs are probably all the skilled labor

* GRANTS ADMINISTRATION. It's really hard to follow all the rules that federal agencies set about how exactly you apply & how exactly you document the money. This is hard precisely bc they work to make sure no one wastes taxpayers' money.

Listening to @drgregaarons.bsky.social, about methods to conduct a rigorous landscape analysis, using the EPIS framework and the bridging factors!

Purpose of such analyses was to identify leverage points to encourage policy makers to incorporate evidence based interventions through policy.
