I haven’t posted on Twitter in three weeks and what I’ve learned is that I am indeed addicted because I totally see the benefits to taking a break, I see the logic, all of that…but your boy cannot give it up.

And I did it to myself lmao

I recognize we are like four days into the new year but I am actually so done with winter, arctic blasts, and snow. Just a huge pain in the ass.

I guess we can’t be too shocked that John isn’t really about putting in the work, team work has never really been his style lol
I asked Fetterman at the #PAFarmShow what dems need to go to get back on track in 26 and 28.

Fetterman: "I only give advice except on fashion perhaps you realize why."

"In times of being a better Democrat or some other Democrat, I'm not that guy and won't be that guy."

Listen, I adore him but there’s a restlessness that he and other colleagues of his have that’s a little too transparent and reads (IMO) as taking serving in the state house as somewhat for granted and it’s kinda off-putting.
Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta, of Philadelphia, is running to be vice chair of the Democratic National Committee. The 34 year old lawmaker is set to start his fourth term Tuesday and was the party's nominee for auditor general in 2024.

We should not celebrate Biden (or Trump tbh) dooming an entire community in Pittsburgh to financial ruin simply because heads of the United Steel Workers union told them to.

This is absolutely wrong.
🚨 BREAKING: According to reports, President Biden will block Nippon Steel’s bid to buy U.S. Steel, keeping a key American industry in U.S. hands and standing up for American workers.

Thanks, Joe! 🇺🇸

Audibly cackled reading this lmao
Solomon specifically told me he doesn't want the bill to tackle events tickets, transportation, lodging or meals, just things like jewelry, homes or a car. Such an approach, he said, is more likely to be successful after so many failed reform pushes.

I’m one of the most pro-developer people to exist but I don’t have a single nice thing to say about this, just ridiculous and shitty all around.
Harrisburg Mayor Wanda Williams’ admin. is eyeing a $2.7~ million, two-story structure at the Broad Street Market between the Stone and fire-damaged Brick buildings.

The building would have space for events and seasonal vendorsas well entrepreneurial & incubator space.

It’s been said that Hanukkah is a time to remember the power of light and how it can spite the darkness around us, and with all that’s happening/will happen, I can’t think of a better time to remember that than on the final night, on New Year’s Day.

I’ve been making latkes every year since I was like 12 and one year I’ll do it without filling the house with smoke.

That won’t be this year though.

I listened to this over the weekend and a low point for me is that while yes, a lot was accomplished by DOE and the admin, 1) voters clearly didn’t know/care and 2) a lot of the benefits from their work to improve energy in the US won’t be realized until well into the Trump term.

Le sigh.
The biggest obstacles to US decarbonization, according to outgoing Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm:

1. It’s too hard to connect new renewables to the grid due to lack of transmission

2. Not enough investment in 24/7 clean “baseload” power, like nuclear & geothermal heatmap.news/podcast/shif...
