I can't speak for Nova Scotia but in much of Canada it's not legal to make sweeping changes to employment before a union has a bargaining contract, so I hope their union lawyers absolutely rake ubisoft over the coals for a settlement.

My belief is that we peaked around 2013 in terms of fidelity and anything since then has been justifying spectacle on behalf of people who need to sell products but have lost the the knowledge of how to do such a task
