This is so true. There's a difference between pure recycling of a piece (bad), and building upon and amplifying an issue in the public square.
I've experienced this a lot this year: "this issue has been covered," "this isn't new," etc. Sometimes I get it, but often, I actually think there's a lot we don't know about so many stories or issues, even some that have technically gotten coverage, or a lot more nuance that needs to be explored.
