E essa é uma grande diferença que eu vejo com animadores/diretores estrangeiros pros japoneses, esse negócio de querer fama, de ficar hypando episódios onde vai trabalhar como se você fosse importante, etc.

I wonder why Mukai left mha after being the series director for 3 seasons. Personally I think it might be because being the series director of an anime which produces 25 eps a year would be very taxing and so he got burned out and left the project
