3 nights of crying uncontrollably for hours until falling asleep, just because of anxiety and depression hits hard... And the fact that people who would possibly care, are never there. Because I suck at communicating, and make people not want to communicate with me. Fun times

When you are an overthinker and people pleaser, every time you get ignored, even by accident (as they usually are), you will blame yourself and think you've done something wrong... and it drains... especially when it is happening on regular basis

When your brain already thinks by default that everybody hates you..
It doesn't really help when you post something in any group chat, get no reactions, and then someone else posts something and instantly everyone is there.
And no, this didn't just happen to me, but it has happened a lot in past.
