Researchers found that to address the epidemic of mental ill health among HCPs, workers needed:

Targeted MH interventions
Hot food
Rest areas/lockers
Free parking

Essentially staff just need to be valued & treated like human beings.

My English degree led to studying OT. I’ve always seen both as involving NARRATIVE. The person’s occupational narrative is our main interest in OT. We’re helping people write the next chapter of their life, through what they do. Stories, meaning, structure, metaphors to live by. #occupationaltherapy
