Last month, we unveiled our Hollywood Star for Constance Smith.

Supported through Creative Ireland and created by our Artist-in-Residence Mary Conroy, 'A Star For Connie' is the first piece of public sculpture dedicated to any woman in Limerick city.

Last week, we launched 'Scene of the Myth' by Sarah Pierce, who joined us for an event with Roy Claire Potter, Nathan O'Donnell, and our Artistic Director Pádraic E. Moore.

This new book is comprised of thirteen works from her exhibition 'Sarah Pierce: Scene of the Myth'.

'Bíodh Orm Anocht' has completed its run. Thank you to the artists, EVA International, and all who came to see the exhibition.

Ormston House is now temporarily closed to the public. We will reopen on 20 November with a solo exhibition by Susan MacWilliam. Full details to follow.

In sonic dialogue, Bea Brennan & Minced Oath explore the intense physical presence of sound through advanced synthesis and improvisation.

Kiera O'Toole has translated Limerick city's 'spatialised emotions' – "the affective qualities that diffuse space" – into her topographical drawing 'Affective Cartography: Limerick'.

This and other works can be seen as part of our group exhibition 'Bíodh Orm Anocht'.

One Leg One Eye will perform on 31 October at 9pm.

A project by Ian Lynch (Lankum), One Leg One Eye draws on the raw aesthetics of black metal, noise, and drone. Lynch will be joined by score composer George Brennan.

Seán Hannan’s work explores how forgotten voices and rituals can echo into the future, both through unstable technologies and systems of collaboration.

Using archival fragments from autobiographical memories, Hannan’s artworks reflect obsolescence and poetic instability.

'Memory of a Free Festival' is a touring exhibition and event programme presented by Ormston House, featuring artworks by Orla Barry, Brian Duggan, and Alanna O'Kelly.

Launching in spring of 2026, our project draws on the 1978–1981 Anti-Nuclear festivals at Carnsore Point.

We are now past the halfway point of 'Bíodh Orm Anocht', a group exhibition featuring Seán Hannan, Laura Ní Fhlaibhín, Ciarán Ó Dochartaigh, and Kiera O’Toole. The exhibition remains open until 26 October.

Laura Ní Fhlaibhín has co-authored sculptures with ponies Bob and Alannah from the Festina Lente equine therapy centre. These works will feature in our exhibition 'Bíodh Orm Anocht'. 🐴
