Peace be upon you and welcome, I am Ahmed from Gaza, Palestine, I am 25 years old. I spent most of my years facing the difficult living conditions in Gaza and I witnessed more than 4 wars, all of which were harsh and destructive, but the last war, October 7, was very, very harsh, especially with my hearing and visual impairment since I was 7 years old. I lost my right eye and I underwent several operations in the left to preserve a little of my vision and I use blood pressure medications to preserve a little of my vision. I suffer from severe hearing loss in both ears and I use hearing aids to hear what is happening around me. I live in a tent with my mother, brothers and small family, but in very difficult conditions in a tent that does not protect from the cold of winter or the very scorching summer heat here in Gaza, where there is destruction, genocide, starvation and all kinds of injustice that we are exposed to in Gaza in front of the eyes of the watching world.There is no food in Gaza and no clean water. We are in a difficult stage of famine, severe starvation, a stifling siege and a world that is watching our genocide in Gaza for more than 660 days. We are being tortured, exterminated, killed and starved, and I am in constant need of medication because I am a chronic patient with eye pressure and many, many conditions. Life is about displacement in war for more than 10 times, escaping the bombing, genocide and crimes of the occupation here in the largest prison in the world, Gaza, where everything is difficult and complicated. Nothing is suitable for life. We try to stand firm and steadfast with the least possible means, or perhaps none at all. Gaza has presented more than 60,000 martyrs in this war and more than 200,000 wounded, most of them children and women who are not guilty. The genocide continues. We have lost friends, relatives, loved ones, and everything dear to us we have lost in this war. I hope that the voice of Gaza and Palestine reaches you. The enemy knows no mercy, no laws, and no humanity with its crimes and killing of everything Palestinian. We are an oppressed nation exposed to persecution, starvation, and very cruel methods of torture without the minimum necessities of life. We need your support, assistance, aid, and relief because we need anything to continue to stand firm and steadfast despite all the difficulties we face in Gaza. Thank you for reading my story in Gaza. I am sorry if I bothered you or spoke too much. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. Thank you.
