i think any time a new verb is introduced in japanese lessons they should note if it's an u-verb or a ru-verb so you immediately know how to conjugate. (obviously only for verbs ending with ru)

i'm listening to an audiobook set in australia. takes place on a tour of all the popular sights. the first time i listened to this book, it was before my australia trip. now i can vividly picture the exact spots lol. they are currently on a platform on the GBR and it is like EXACTLY the same lol.
