I still bought supplies when my daughter was a senior in high school.
I went to the open house and introduced myself to every teacher she was going to have that year.
I told them if they needed ANYTHING during the year, I’d get it and I did.

I was 16 working in the food court at the mall. Manager at Taco Bell saw me crying in the back hallway and hired me on the spot.
I slapped that asshole manager loudly in front of everybody and quit immediately.

My youngest is legally blind. She goes to a special summer camp that costs a little over 4k for the week.
We do get a little help for tuition but this year I’m really struggling to get my portion together.
It shouldn’t be this hard to give our kids a positive summer experience!
