• Pesto & cheese stuffed pastry rolls
• Dates stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon and glazed with honey
• Crème brulée
• Daim flavoured panna cotta (that I had nothing to garnish with 😔)

bought a whole side of pig directly from a farm nearby, just finished breaking it down!
today I'm making tomato and red wine braised pork cheek with parmesan polenta for dinner 🍽️
also starting sous vide ribs for Christmas~ and am rendering down fat for lard!
