Cool cool cool. My "having a hard day" turned into full-on tears when the rabbit hole led me to Google Street View through the town he grew up in (and where I would visit in the summer) until I found what was left of our grandparents' motel.

Damn kid just came in and dropped a bomb on us that he doesn't trust his girlfriend. Not for any new reason.
He has trust issues. Came into our lives as a teen with a history of trauma. I get it. But he is intentionally holding up the "I will never fully trust anyone" wall.

To update some stuff: taking 15 credits this quarter, which has been A Thing. My statistics class (only math I'll need between here and doctorate) is my lowest grade at a B, which I'll take happily.
My "feast or famine" job has been very "feast." Couple of big projects on top of normal stuff.

Working for a trauma-informed organization is still weird sometimes. We have "restorative meetings" on Fridays, taking turns leading - all meant to decompress, no work talk allowed. Which means that with the session I led today, we got paid to play Jackbox games for an hour. 😂

Huh. This app feels like they un-boinked some of the crap that the site formerly known as Twitter had done before Muskrat bought it. I like the clean UI on here, and I hope I'll like it here overall.
