They would be doing this on occupied territories even if Ukraine had straight up told the US to f off with their deals, and the framing of "Zelensky ceasefire" is absurd.

The bill is about "russifying" Ukrainians. A time honoured tradition of the empire. They will do exactly as they state in it. In fact, this is just codifying what they have already been doing since 2023, when they started the "re-education" of kids and forbidding necessary services to those not RU.

A couple of days ago 35,000 artillery systems was reached, yesterday 90,000 drones destroyed.
Today the 70,000th vehicle or fuel tanker Russia has used against Ukraine in the war, has been hit.
Also today +2 air defence systems & 64 artillery weapons wiped out 💪
