i think i saw awhile ago some people with ADHD say meds made their heads quiet, im not sure which meds they were on but that is really really not my experience. its not any worse or anything for me but sometimes i just think about the sheer amount i THING and im like god, this cant be normal

lmao i got 10.5 hours of sleep last night and was kind of surprised my sleep score was so low despite it, i figured id sleep good since my app keeps telling me exercise helps you sleep better and we did a big walk that knocked me out yesterday but i got almost 4 hours of REM (twice the average)-

thinking about eunuchs living longer than other men again again. i keep thinking about trans men like grappling with knowing that being on hrt will shorten their lifespans and im like well its more about how long you continue to use it its not like it builds up, you can just stop when you get old.

Caught up on not your idol yesterday. I was kind of intrigued by the first volume? It left on a cliffhanger so I read the next 2 volumes (it's ongoing but there was a big gap between releases apparently) but idk I think the plots getting a bit out of hand tbh I think it's lost me
