I’m very proud of the result. This process gave rise not only to this paper, but to friendships and conversations where we could express ourselves in ways we rarely can in dominant academic spaces. And now, it’s all out here, for everyone to read.

One reason why I think respectability is stupid is because it's often used as a mask. Such judgements are rarely about the clothes themselves, but more often about the bodies beneath them. To wit, no one raised an issue when Elon wore a graphic t-shirt and ball cap to meet the Trump cabinet.

Alweer 2 weken geleden brachten we vanuit de Staatscommissie tegen Discriminatie en Racisme een rapport uit. Breng het ook hier weer even onder de aandacht in een poging actiever te worden op Bluesky :)
