Our home was our safe haven, but it was destroyed in the war, leaving only rubble and memories. We lost the place that once gathered us with love and warmth, and now we live in tents, dreaming only of a home that will bring back the sense of safety we once had.💔

Our life in the tent is harsh — we wake up to the cold and sleep to the sound of the wind. No walls protect us, and no solid roof shelters us, yet we thank God for keeping us safe and hold on to hope that one day we will return to a warm and secure home🥺

We are now living in a simple tent after our home was destroyed in the war. Life is difficult in this cold and amid all the suffering. There is no shelter to protect my children from the rain and heat, but we try to hold on to hope despite all the harsh conditions🥺

If your heart aches to help a child who miraculously survived annihilation and desperately needs to continue his treatment, please Hamoud is in urgent need! His mother is struggling every day, doing everything she can just to give her son a chance at health and a normal life.
I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Rana. Rana was studying to work in a medical laboratory before the war and her husband owned a small gift shop. Their home and shop were destroyed. They have two children Hamoud, 3 and Tota, 7. Hamoud’s eyes were injured and needs treatment.
